Yin Yoga Program

Description

This self paced yin course uses Tension as its inspiration. By learning to hold mental/emotional tension in long held postures, we take a step towards transformation.

Topic of Study

This course contains the following:

  • 13 yin practices

  • Understanding the physical mechanics of postures and how to make modifications

  • Deep dive into fascia, fascial health and its relationship to yin

  • How to sequence and theme yin classes

  • Skeletal variation and how to adapt to different bodies

  • An introduction to Tom Myers’ Anatomy Trains

  • Introduction to the Nervous System and how yin impacts mental wellness

  • Philosophy and the tiny history of yin

  • Discussions on “tension” in the physical and emotional body

Please note, this course counts for 40 hours for CPD or for those who are completing a 300hr YTT with me.
